ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Adepeju Jaiyeoba (nee Mabadeje) is the founder of Brown Button Foundation.
A skilled community development advocate, Adepeju was featured by the GirlTank Organization as one of the young women inspiring changes for women and girls across Africa. Adepeju also led Brown Button Foundation into the top world 350 ideas for social change of about 4,000 entries in the prestigious Echoing Green Fellowship. A trained lawyer, Adepeju is passionate about making a difference in the lives of women and girls across the world as well as working to ensure Nigeria takes the health of women and children seriously. She is a member of the White Ribbon Alliance for Safe Motherhood and the Nigerian ambassador fo SistaEnable

The brown button foundation (BBF) is a non-governmental organisation duly registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We aim to improve maternal and child health across the country using innovative techniques, capacity building for health workers and Birth Attendants as well as one on one skill impartation from our trainings.

We also work for the advancement and protection of women's rights in Nigeria
